Enactify is an interactive platform that takes Enactus student ventures from idea to real-world impact. It sparks confidence and innovation as teams design, test, and launch solutions to meaningful social and community problems.
Below are the Terms of Use for Enactify™

Welcome to Enactify™ (“Enactify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a self-paced micro-learning platform designed to support the development of social innovation capability, entrepreneurial learning, and experiential education outcomes among post-secondary learners and community participants.
By accessing or using the Enactify platform, website, learning modules, or associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Permitted Users
You may use Enactify if you:
- are at least 16 years of age; and
- are authorized by a participating educational institution, organization, or program; or
- are an individual learner using publicly available content.
If you access Enactify through a course, institution, or program (including Enactus-related educational activities), your use may also be subject to institutional policies or program requirements.
2. Educational Purpose
Enactify is provided solely for educational, training, and research-supported learning purposes. The Platform:
- does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice;
- does not guarantee academic, venture, employment, or program outcomes;
- is intended to supplement — not replace — instruction, mentorship, or institutional programming.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain features require account registration.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
- be responsible for all activity under your account;
- promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise Platform integrity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes;
- upload or share content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing;
- misrepresent identity, affiliation, or learning progress;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit Platform systems or content;
- interfere with Platform functionality or security.
Authorized educational collaboration within courses, teams, or programs is permitted.
5. Intellectual Property and Branding (including Enactus)
All Platform materials, including but not limited to:
- learning modules and curricula
- frameworks, tools, and assessments
- instructional text and media
- graphics, interface design, and platform architecture
- trademarks, names, and visual identity (including Enactify™)
are owned by or licensed to Enactify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- access and use Platform content for personal educational purposes;
- download or print materials where permitted for coursework or authorized team use.
You may not:
- reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercialize Platform content;
- create derivative works based on Platform materials;
- use Enactify branding without written permission.
Enactus Alignment and Marks
Enactify has been designed to support experiential learning contexts consistent with Enactus educational practices. Certain terminology, frameworks, or visual elements may align with Enactus learning environments.
“Enactus,” the Enactus name, and associated marks are trademarks of the Enactus organization and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Such marks are used only where permitted by applicable partnership, educational, or nominative-fair-use principles.
Use of the Platform does not imply that:
- a user, institution, or program is officially affiliated with Enactus;
- participation in Enactify constitutes participation in Enactus competitions or programs;
- Enactus endorses any learner, team, project, or outcome.
Users may not use Enactus or Enactify names, logos, or branding in a manner suggesting sponsorship, certification, or endorsement without prior written authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Where Enactify is deployed within authorized Enactus educational contexts, branding and attribution may follow applicable partnership or program agreements.
6. User-Generated Content
You may submit reflections, responses, project materials, or other learning artifacts (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting content, you grant Enactify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- store and process content;
- display it within the Platform;
- analyze it for learning delivery and improvement;
- use aggregated or anonymized forms for educational or research purposes.
We will not publicly attribute identifiable User Content without consent.
7. Research and Learning Analytics
Enactify is informed by educational research and may collect interaction and learning data to:
- improve instructional design and learning effectiveness;
- evaluate educational outcomes;
- support academic research and reporting.
Where research involves identifiable data, additional consent procedures may apply under applicable institutional ethics policies.
Use of the Platform does not automatically enroll users in research participation where explicit consent is required.
8. Privacy
Your use of Enactify is also governed by the Enactify Privacy Policy, which describes:
- data collected and purposes;
- storage and security practices;
- user rights and controls.
By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Institutional and Program Use
If you access Enactify through a university, nonprofit, or program:
- instructors or program leaders may view learner activity and progress;
- participation may be required for course or program completion;
- institutional agreements may govern licensing and data scope.
Institutions remain responsible for their own compliance obligations and user communications.
10. Availability and Modifications
We may:
- modify or update Platform features or content;
- add or remove learning materials;
- suspend access for maintenance or improvement;
- discontinue components or services.
We are not liable for interruption or changes to learning pathways or features.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enactify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including that:
- content is error-free or complete;
- learning or venture outcomes will occur;
- the Platform will be uninterrupted or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law, Enactify and its affiliates, partners, and contributors are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- academic, venture, or program outcomes;
- reliance on Platform content;
- loss of data, access, or opportunity.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed fees paid for Platform access (if applicable).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- violate these Terms;
- misuse the Platform;
- engage in harmful or unlawful conduct.
You may discontinue use at any time.
Sections relating to intellectual property, branding, liability, and research use survive termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
