Enactify™ (“Enactify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects
intellectual property rights and expects all users of the Enactify self-paced
micro-learning platform (“Platform”) to do the same. This Copyright Policy
explains ownership of Platform content, permitted use, and procedures for
addressing alleged copyright infringement.
1. Ownership of Enactify Content
Unless otherwise indicated, all content available on or
through the Platform (“Enactify Content”), including:
- learning
modules and curricula
- frameworks,
tools, and assessments
- instructional
text, media, and graphics
- platform
design and interface elements
- downloadable
materials and templates
- Enactify™
name, marks, and visual identity
is owned by Enactify and is protected by Canadian and
international copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights are reserved except as expressly permitted in
this Policy or the Terms of Use.
2. Permitted Educational Use
Enactify Content may be accessed and used for personal,
non-commercial educational purposes, including:
- participation
in learning modules;
- coursework
or program participation;
- authorized
team collaboration;
- classroom
or workshop use within participating institutions.
Where download or print functionality is provided, users may
retain copies solely for their own learning or authorized educational
activities.
3. Prohibited Uses
Except where expressly permitted or authorized in writing,
users may not:
- reproduce,
distribute, or publicly share Enactify Content;
- upload
Platform materials to external sites or repositories;
- modify,
adapt, translate, or create derivative works;
- remove
copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
- use
content for commercial training, consulting, or services;
- incorporate
Enactify materials into other products or platforms.
4. Institutional and Instructor Use
Participating educational institutions and instructors may
use Enactify Content within authorized programs or courses, including:
- assigning
modules to learners;
- displaying
content in class or workshops;
- referencing
frameworks or tools in instruction.
Institutions and instructors may not reproduce or
redistribute Enactify Content outside the Platform or licensed environments
without written permission.
Instructor-created materials uploaded to the Platform remain
subject to Section 6 (User-Generated Content).
5. Enactus-Related Marks and Content
Certain terminology, frameworks, or visual elements within
Enactify may align with Enactus educational contexts.
“Enactus” and associated marks are trademarks of the Enactus
organization and remain the property of their respective owners. Such marks are
used only where permitted by applicable partnership, educational, or
nominative-fair-use principles.
Users may not use Enactus or Enactify names, logos, or
branding outside authorized educational contexts or in a manner suggesting
endorsement or affiliation without permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may submit reflections, project materials, responses,
or other learning artifacts (“User Content”).
Users retain copyright in their User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Platform, users grant
Enactify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- store
and display the content within the Platform;
- process
and analyze it for learning delivery;
- use
anonymized or aggregated forms for educational or research purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any
content they upload, including third-party materials.
7. Respect for Third-Party Copyright
Users must not upload or share content that:
- infringes
another person’s copyright;
- exceeds
permitted educational fair-dealing use;
- violates
licenses or permissions.
Enactify may remove content believed to infringe copyright
and may suspend accounts associated with repeated violations.
8. Copyright Infringement Notice (Canada)
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your
copyright, you may submit a written notice including:
- identification
of the copyrighted work;
- description
of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
- your
name and contact information;
- a
statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized;
- a
statement that the information is accurate;
- your
signature (physical or electronic).

9. Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid notice, Enactify may:
- remove
or disable access to the material;
- notify
the content provider;
- request
clarification or additional information;
- take
appropriate account or content action.
We may restore content where infringement is not established
or where lawful use applies (e.g., permission, license, or fair dealing).
10. Repeat Infringers
Enactify may suspend or terminate accounts associated with
repeated or serious copyright infringement.
11. Permissions and Licensing Requests
Requests to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or license
Enactify Content should be directed to:

- intended

of use.
Permission may be granted or denied at Enactify’s
discretion.
12. Relationship to Terms of Use
This Copyright Policy forms part of and should be read with
the Enactify Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Use govern
Platform access and use.
