Enactify™ (“Enactify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use the Enactify self-paced micro-learning platform (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Where Enactify is used through a university, nonprofit, or program:

  • institutions may receive aggregated or individual learner reports.

Institutions are responsible for informing their users about program requirements and institutional policies.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Where data is stored outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

We take reasonable contractual and technical steps to ensure comparable protection.
